Terasa Berat

Smlm ptg pkul 6.30ptg,terasa mcam dh lama tak pergi jogging.Paksa diri jgak la pergi stadium mnjung,walaupun blk umh terasa penat sangat2..entah buat pe tah kt office penat memanjang..Nasib baik de kereta abah kat umah..tu yang pecut g stadium tu..Alhamdulilah dpt la 3 pusingan b'lari b'sama rakyat mnjung.
Dh basah kuyup 1 baju dan kaki dh tak mampu nk b'lari lagi,terus la blk umah dh nk masuk wak2 Maghrib..nnti org skeliling ckp pe plak anak dara jln senja2 nie...tpi yg penting mlm tadi terasa ringan la skit bdn nie n sengal bdn tu biase la mesti de...sbb dh lama tak g jogging...Jom la jogging same2...baru bdn xde sakit2 n hidup sjahtera dsamping insan yg tsayang.
